All orders are packed with care and dispatched within 1–4 business days after payment is received. During sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times within Australia:
- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details (if applicable).
Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your parcel has been shipped, delivery is handled by the postal carrier. While we are not responsible for shipping delays outside our control, we will always do our best to help with lost parcel enquiries.
