Change of Mind
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, opened products, or used items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A short description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A refund (if applicable)
Allergic Reactions / Skin Sensitivity
Please check ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. As everyone’s skin is different, we cannot guarantee reactions and do not offer refunds for allergic reactions or skin sensitivity. We recommend patch testing before full use.
Shipping Issues
